Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Reporting:

  • Refresh and maintain Marketing reports weekly, ensuring accuracy
  • Refresh Marketing Dashboards weekly and upload to designated channels
  • Analyze reports to support Product Managers as needed

Product Information:

  • Support the Product Managers on Product News tasks. (Coordinate translation, proof-read, update pricing, distribution, etc.)
  • Update Product Mappings & Launch Plans as needed
  • Assist with price list management
  • Assist with the management of consignment authorizations and maintain Consignment Master file
  • Maintain product information database updated. (Including product pictures, descriptions, pricing, etc.)
     

Marketing Presentations:

  • Assist the Product Manager in updating periodic presentations (Monthly Reports for LAC/Brazil, Weekly Communications, etc.)
  • Create PowerPoint templates to support trainings or key moments

Special Projects:

  • Support the Product Managers during key moments (Watches & Wonders, Worldwide Meeting, Forecasts, etc.)
  • Streamline & cooperate on special projects to support the product categories (GIA process, Watch Straps, Cruises Watch database, Competitive research)


Geographical area under responsibility:

  • Latin America, Brazil, Caribbean, and the Cruises for all product lines (excluding Mexico)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1 years experience in administrative support or marketing
  • Required: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Portuguese a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel knowledge, including use of formulas, pivot tables, graphs, etc.
  • Analytical, can review reports, recognize trends and summarize data/information
  • Experience with PowerPoint, with an eye for design and detail
  • PowerBI and SAP knowledge is a plus
